生化机理

丁酰胆碱酯酶（BChE）是一种丝氨酸水解酶，在结构上与乙酰胆碱酯酶（AChE）相似，但在底物特异性和抑制剂敏感性上有所不同。与乙酰胆碱酯酶不同，BChE 能有效水解较大的胆碱酯，如丁酰胆碱和苯甲酰胆碱。该酶是一种四聚体糖蛋白，有四个相等的亚基（每个亚基 110 kDa）。该酶由 Ca2+ 和 Mg2+ 激活，其活性在 pH 值为 6.0-8.0 的范围内保持不变。它受甜菜碱、尼古丁、有机磷和氨基甲酸酯的抑制。
