Boc-MLF (TFA) is a peptide, used as a specific formyl peptide receptor (FPR) antagonist, also inhibits the signaling through formyl peptide receptor like 1 (FPRL1) at higher concentrations. IC50& Target:FPR/FPRL1 In Vitro:Boc-MLF inhibits superoxide production induced by FPR agonist fMLF, with an EC 50 of 630 nM in neutrophils. Boc-MLF (25 μM) blocks FPRL1-agonist serum amyloid A (SAA) induced calcium response.
