阿拉丁生产的PAGE上层胶蓝色染料(500X) (Blue Dye for PAGE Stacking Gel, 500X)是一种用于配制蓝色聚丙烯酰胺上层凝胶的染料，该蓝色染料可使蛋白上样孔一目了然，便于上样，而且易于判断上样孔是否歪曲或破损。电泳时，本蓝色染料会压缩并向下迁移，直至凝胶最下端或跑出凝胶。电泳后，本蓝色染料在上层胶中无残留，对电泳、考染、转膜等均无影响。上层胶也称为浓缩胶、堆积胶或积层胶。对于1.0mm厚凝胶，每块凝胶约需配制2ml上层胶，此时本蓝色染料每1ml约可用于250块凝胶的配制。4℃保存，一年有效。使用说明： 1.根据需要配制适量上层胶，按照每毫升上层胶加入2微升PAGE上层胶蓝色染料(500X)的比例加入染料，适当混匀。2.加入上层胶凝胶聚合催化剂(如过硫酸铵或其它过硫酸铵替代物)和TEMED，充分混匀后即可用移液管或加样枪将上层胶注入制胶玻璃板之间直至与短玻璃板平齐，并插入电泳梳。3.上层胶凝固后，拔去电泳梳即可用于电泳。具体的配胶步骤可参考阿拉丁的SDS-PAGE凝胶配制试剂盒、SDS-PAGE凝胶快速配制试剂盒、MiniProGel™蛋白制胶与电泳系统等产品说明书。
