产品介绍：阿拉丁生产的PAGE上层胶蓝色染料(500X, 无迁移) 是一种用于配制蓝色聚丙烯酰胺上层凝胶的染料，是可加入到聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中的染料，本染料在电泳时不会随蛋白质迁移，也不会影响蛋白质分离效果，可在配制浓缩胶时将其加入其中，使浓缩胶胶孔可见，便于观察和加入蛋白样品。如需其它颜色的PAGE上层胶染料请参考PAGE上层胶蓝色染料(500X) 、PAGE上层胶红色染料(500X) 、PAGE上层胶黄色染料(500X, 无迁移) 、PAGE上层胶红色染料(500X, 无迁移) 。本蓝色染料可以稳定存在于上层胶(又称浓缩胶、堆积胶或积层胶)中，不会随着电泳进入分离胶，不会影响电泳和染色效果，电泳后很方便辨别上层胶并进行切除，便于分离胶的转膜等实验。注意事项： 1、本染料在长时间静置后会出现沉淀，使用前需混匀。 2、本染料的加入不会影响实验效果，可根据实验情况增减用量。使用说明： 1、在使用前将装有染料的试管颠倒混匀。 2、在配制浓缩胶时，根据配制的浓缩胶液体体积加入本产品，并适当混匀，例如每2mL浓缩胶液体，需加入4μL蓝色染料。 3、其余操作与平时配制聚丙烯酰胺凝胶没有区别，蓝色染料在浓缩胶液体灌入玻璃板前加入即可。
