Carnoy 固定液（Carnoy's Fluid）又称卡诺氏固定液，能很好地显示 DNA 和 RNA，也常用于糖原和尼氏体的固定，有极快的渗透力，固定最多不超 24h。其特点是能迅速穿透细胞，将其固定并维持染色体结构的完整性，还能够增强染色体的嗜碱性，达到优良染色效果。推荐用于 RNA 和 DNA 染色的组织固定，亦可用于糖原染色的组织固定，能够使糖原呈细微颗粒状。由于该液穿透力强，亦可固定外膜致密不宜渗透的组织。组织固定后暂时不用，可置于 70%乙醇中保存。保存： 10~30℃，避光，12 个月。使用方法 1、一般小块组织固定 30~40min。 2、稍大块组织 2~4h。 3、如果组织块大，可适当延长固定时间，但不宜超过 24h。注意事项 1、Carnoy 固定液对人体有一定的损害，请小心操作。不宜用于固定脂类染色的组织。 2、组织取材的厚度不同，固定时间也不同。 3、固定液的容量应足够，一般固定液与组织块的体积比率应大于 10:1。 4、温度对固定的影响很明显，提高温度可以加速固定作用，但温度不宜过高。 5、取出新鲜组织后，应及时固定，无法及时固定时，应保存于生理盐水中及时送检。 6、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
