产品介绍：来自里氏木霉的纤维素酶由经过筛选的真菌菌株里氏木霉深入发酵产生，并可催化纤维素分解成葡萄糖、纤维二糖和高级葡萄糖聚合物。其对应分子量为68 kDa，最适pH和温度分别为pH6和52°C。产品应用：里氏木霉来源纤维素酶已用于：从玉米胚芽中水相萃取油；甜高粱甘蔗渣(SSB)的酶促水解反应；纸格的酶解。 Produced by submerged fermentation of a selected strain of the fungus Trichoderma reesei and catalyzes the breakdown of cellulose into glucose, cellobiose, and higher glucose polymers. Cellulase has been used to degrade cello-oligosaccharides into glucose in order to investigate the biodegradability of bioabsorbable bacterial cellulose .

生化机理

纤维素酶催化纤维素分解成葡萄糖。它与β-葡萄糖苷酶复合，将纤维生物糖降解为葡萄糖聚合物。秸秆和糠醛残渣中的木质素含量阻碍了纤维素酶的生产。
