产品介绍：细胞冻存液,无菌,高存活率型（Cell Freezing Medium, High Survival Rate, Sterilized）可广泛应用于哺乳动物细胞培养过程中的冻存实验，适用于是各种哺乳动物原代细胞，传代细胞系和杂交瘤细胞等的冻存保种，针对各类干细胞的冻存请慎用。高存活率型细胞冻存液在传统配方基础上进行改良，较传统配方，细胞复苏效率可提升至98%以上。成分：Dimethyl sulfoxide；FBS 使用方法： 1本产品的使用方法同其他细胞冻存液基本一致，原则上细胞每支冻存管含1-10×106/ml。 2.收集待冻存的细胞或最后一次离心后弃掉上清液，加入细胞冻存液，重悬、吹散沉淀的细胞，分装入细胞冻存管，密封标记后按常规操作流程依次经4℃，-20℃，-80℃直至液氮罐或用程序降温仪逐级降温冻存。 3.冻存时从室温可快速降到0℃，再降温时一般按每分钟降温1～2℃，待降至-70℃以下时可放入液氮中，在液氮中细胞可保存数年或更长时间。 4.从增殖期到形成致密的单层细胞以前的培养细胞都可以用于冻存，但最好为对数生长期细胞。在冻存前一天最好换一次培养液。 5.冻存的杂交瘤细胞要定期复苏，检查细胞的活性和分泌抗体的稳定性。 6.冻存细胞时，单细胞悬液的复苏效率最高使用范围：适用于一般生物学及医学研究
