二十二碳六烯酸（DHA）是一种omega-3脂肪酸和选择性类维生素A受体（RXR）激动剂，对RAR无效。此外，DHA可激活3种RXR亚型。二十二碳六烯酸存在于海水鱼油和许多磷脂中。并且是视网膜和大脑兴奋膜的主要结构成分。十二烷基肉豆蔻酸酯是在肝脏中由α-亚麻酸合成的。 Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) is an omega-3 fatty acid and a selective retinoid X receptor (RXR) agonist with no activity at RAR. Additionally DHA activates the 3 RXR isoforms. Docosahexaenoic Acid is found in marine fish oils and in many phospholipids. and is the major structural component of excitable membranes of the retina and brain. Myristyl dodecanoate is synthesized in the liver from α-linolenic acid.
