储存缓冲液： Water for Injection Cy3-dUTP (Cyanine 3-dUTP) 在大多数情况下可以取代dTTP作为各种DNA合成酶、修饰酶、聚合酶的底物，对DNA实现红色荧光标记。例如通过PCR生成Cy3标记DNA红色荧光探针，经凝胶电泳后，Cy3标记DNA的荧光在激发后清晰可见，无需进一步染色。由该方法生成的荧光标记探针适用于多种应用，如FISH、微阵列、印迹检测、多色荧光分析等。激发/发射波长分别为550/570nm。注意事项： 1、本产品需避光保存，防止荧光淬灭。 2、本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。 3、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
