环己烯四醇 B 环氧化物用作 GBA1抑制剂，在 β-葡萄糖苷酶活性测定中区分酸性 β-葡萄糖苷酶（GBA1）活性和非溶酶体 β-葡萄糖苷酶（GBA2）活性。还可作为选择性葡萄糖脑苷脂酶（GCase）抑制剂。应用：环己烯四醇 B 环氧化物（CBE）是1-L-1,2-脱水-肌醇和1-D-1,2-脱水-肌醇的混合物。 Conduritol B epoxide (CBE) is a mix of 1-L-1,2-anhydro-myo-inositol and 1-D-1,2-anhydro-myo-inositol. Application: Conduritol B epoxide has been used as an inhibitor of GBA1 to discriminate between acid β-glucosidase (GBA1) and non-lysosomal β-glucosidase (GBA2) activity in β-glucosidase activity assay. It has also been used as a selective glucocerebrosidase (GCase) inhibitor.
