来自牛胰腺的胰凝乳蛋白酶原是一种含有5个二硫键的酶原。它的等电点是8.97。一种丝氨酸蛋白酶，水解肽键与肽键羧基末端的芳香族或大型疏水侧链（Tyr、Trp、Phe 、Met）的肽键。处理说明：胰凝乳蛋白酶原A需要有限的蛋白水解才能激活。胰凝乳蛋白酶原A可由胰蛋白酶和胰凝乳蛋白酶激活（自溶激活）以形成m α、β、γ、δ和π胰凝乳蛋白酶（取决于激活条件）。胰凝乳蛋白酶原是一种蛋白酶，优先裂解芳香族氨基酸（包括色氨酸、酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸）羧基侧的肽。它也水解亮氨酸、蛋氨酸和丙氨酸羧基侧的肽。产品应用 1、作为蛋白质模型用于结晶重现性研究。 2、用于质谱研究前α-麦醇溶蛋白的水解。注：活化为硝酸凝乳蛋白酶后，在pH7.8、25℃条件下，1个单位将每分钟水解1.0 μmol BTEE

生物活性
