肌酸激酶（Creatine Kinase M, CKM）是一种参与能量稳态的细胞质酶，编码的蛋白质能可逆地催化 ATP 和各种磷酸原，如磷酸肌酸之间的磷酸转移。它在大脑和其他组织中充当同二聚体，在心脏中充当具有类似肌肉同工酶的异二聚体。在 RPA 技术中，该酶可用于构成 RPA反应能量供应体系，利用肌酸激酶催化生成的 ATP 水解供应能量，改变重组酶 (T4 Uvs X) 与引物形成的复合体构象，使重组酶解离暴露出引物的 3’ 端，促进链置换 Bsu DNA 聚合酶结合至引物上，提高 DNA 扩增效率。用途 RPA 反应能量供应体系用于骨骼肌疾病及心肌疾病的诊断推荐使用条件储存缓冲液：20 mmol/L Tris-HCl (pH8.0), 150 mmol/L NaCl, 0.5 mmol/L EDTA, 0.5 mmol/L DTT, 50%甘油。

生物活性

≥500U/mL，1 个活性单位（U）是在 30℃、pH6.8 的条件下，每min 将1.0 μmol 磷酸肌酸中磷酸盐转移到 ADP 所需要的酶量。
