产品介绍

结晶紫是一种可以和细胞核中的DNA结合的碱性染料，对细胞核染色。结晶紫-柠檬酸染色液 (0.1%) 主要由结晶紫、柠檬酸等组成，是一种组织或细胞染色时常用的可以把细胞核染成深紫色的染色液。使用说明：一、样品处理（一）对于石蜡切片 1、二甲苯中脱蜡5-10min。 2、更换新鲜的二甲苯，再脱蜡5-10min。 3、无水乙醇5min。 4、90%乙醇2min。 5、70%乙醇2min。 6、蒸馏水2min。（二）对于冰冻切片 1、蒸馏水2min。（三）对于培养细胞 1、用4%多聚甲醛固定10min以上。 2、蒸馏水洗涤2min。 3、更换新鲜的蒸馏水，再洗涤2min。二、染色：（一）结晶紫-柠檬酸染色液染色10min (可以根据染色结果和要求调整时间)。（二）用蒸馏水或自来水充分洗涤，可进行观察和拍照。注意事项： 1、如果需要脱水、透明和封片处理，需自备二甲苯，中性树胶或其它封片剂。 2、第一次使用本试剂时建议先取1-2个样品做预实验。 3、结晶紫对人体轻微有害，请注意适当防护。 4、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。染色结果：组织或细胞
