Cyclohexanecarboxaldehyde was used to study gas-phase microwave spectrum of cyclohexanecarboxaldehyde. It was used for the synthesis of poly(vinyl cyclohexanal). It was used as model substrate in the synthesis of propargylamines using Fe3O4 nanoparticles as catalyst.
