生化机理

鞘氨醇能负向调节细胞增殖并诱导细胞凋亡。它能够调节磷脂酶、蛋白激酶、离子通道、大麻素受体 1 型（CB-1）受体和类固醇生成因子 1 型（SF-1）受体的活性。蛇麻素是神经酰胺合成的前体。
