Ham's F-12 培养基（Ham's F-12 Nutrient Mixture）是由 Ham 在 1969 年以 Ham's F-10 复合营养培养基为基础设计而成的，最初用于 CHO 细胞的无血清培养。Ham's F-12 含有一些传统基础培养基没有的成分，如腐胺、次黄嘌呤、胸苷、锌等，常作为无血清培养的基础培养液，在低血清含量下时，特别适合单细胞培养和克隆化培养，添加血清后也广泛应用于癌细胞和原代细胞的培养，如大鼠肝细胞、大鼠前列腺上皮细胞、软骨细胞、大鼠成肌细胞、鸡胚胎细胞等。此外，Ham's F-12 与 DMEM 等体积混合后，得到的 DMEM/F12 培养基营养更为丰富，使用更为广泛。本产品含有：L-谷氨酰胺、酚红、丙酮酸钠（110mg/L）。不含有：HEPES、双抗。
