IMDM（ Iscove’s Modified Dulbecco Medium）即Iscove改良的DMEM培养基，是Guilber 和 Iscove 在1976年设计的，用以培养红细胞前体细胞和巨噬细胞。IMDM 培养基在 DMEM 培养基的基础上添加了硒、HEPES、丙酮酸钠以及额外的氨基酸和维生素，营养非常丰富，非常适合于快速增殖，高密度细胞培养。IMDM 培养基不仅可以培养有特殊营养要求的细胞（如小鼠B淋巴细胞，LPS 刺激的 B 细胞，骨髓造血细胞，T 淋巴细胞以及各种杂交瘤细胞），还可以作为一些独特的无血清培养基的基础液。本产品含有多类细胞培养所需的氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等多种成分，但不含蛋白质、脂类或任何生长因子，故此产品需搭配血清或无血清添加物使用。本培养基含有：4.5 g/L 葡萄糖、0.584g/L L-谷氨酰胺、酚红、碳酸氢钠、5.958g/L HEPES等。使用说明：根据具体实验使用，注意避免微生物污染。注意事项： 1、注意避免溶液被微生物污染，避免冻融。 2、本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。 3、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
