Dolastatin 10 (DLS 10) 是一种有效的抗有丝分裂肽，抑制微管蛋白聚合。参考Apexbio添加应用：Dolastatin 10是一种抗肿瘤剂。Dolastatin 10是一种从海洋动物中分离的可有效抗有丝分裂的多肽，可开发为潜在的抗肿瘤剂。Dolastatin 10可抑制微管蛋白的聚合，IC50值为1.2 μM。Dolastatin 10可以非竞争的方式抑制长春新碱与微管蛋白结合，Ki值为1.4 μM。Dolastatin 10也具有中等的增加秋水仙素结合微管蛋白的能力。此外，Dolastatin 10对微管蛋白依赖的GTP结合具有抑制活性。在细胞试验中，Dolastatin 10对一些人类白血病、淋巴瘤和实体瘤细胞系（如OVCAR-3和NSCLC）具有活性，IC50值从0.1 nM到10 nM不等。该物质目前正在进行临床试验研究。
