应用 1，3-二乙基-2-硫代巴比妥酸 (DETBA) 在牙科材料光聚合过程中作为共引发剂。以 3，4-二羟基苯甲酸为原料，采用电化学氧化法合成了苯并呋喃并 [2，3-d] 嘧啶衍生物。将其用于 DETBA 法测定人尿中烟碱代谢产物。 Description 1,3-Diethyl-2-thiobarbituric acid (DETBA) was used as coinitiator during the photopolymerization of dental materials. It was used as reagent in electrochemical oxidation of 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid to yield benzofuro[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives. It was used in DETBA assay for determination of nicotine metabolites in human urine by HPLC.
