DBCO-NHS ester 是一种不可降解 (non-cleavable) 的 ADC linker，用于抗体偶联活性分子 (ADCs) 的合成。DBCO-NHS ester 是一种点击化学试剂。它含有 DBCO 基团，可以和含有 Azide 基团的分子发生环张力 (strain) 促进的炔-叠氮环加成反应 (SPAAC)。 DBCO-NHS Ester is an amine-reactive compound and can be used to modify an amine-containing molecule in organic solvents (limited solubility in aqueous media). It reacts with primary amines such as the side chain of lysine residues or aminosilane-coated surfaces at neutral or slightly basic pH to form covalent bonds. The low mass weight will add minimal spacer to modified molecules. DBCO is commonly used for copper-free Click Chemistry reactions.
