DL 10000 DNA Marker是由8条线状双链DNA条带组成，适用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳中DNA条带的分析，不建议用于Acrylamide凝胶电泳。本产品为即用型产品，已含有1×Loading Buffer，可根据实验需要，直接上样电泳，使用方便，适用于长片段DNA的判断，电泳图像清晰。产品含有两种染料（青色染料和黄色染料），会在电泳时分开以监测迁移进度，青色染料在1%的琼脂糖凝胶中与3-5 kb DNA片段的迁移率相同，黄色染料在1%的琼脂糖凝胶中比引物迁移得快（ 产品参数： 条带组成： 1000 bp，2000 bp，3000 bp，4000 bp，5000 bp，6000 bp，8000 bp，10000 bp。 注意事项： 1. 使用前请将产品瞬时离心至管底，再进行后续实验； 2. 请及时更换电泳缓冲液并使用新制的凝胶，以免影响电泳结果； 3. 建议电泳条件为 1%琼脂糖凝胶，电压 4-10V/cm； 4. 通过 GelstainRedTM或其他染料进行染色，观察电泳条带； 5.避免反复冻融。 使用方法： 1. 可搭配GelstainRed进行电泳，取5 µL加入琼脂糖凝胶的加样孔中，进行电泳。 2. 建议电泳条件为1%琼脂糖凝胶，电压4-10V/cm。 3. 通过GelstainRed或其他染料进行染色，观察电泳条带。 应用范围： DNA Ladder Recommended electrophoresis buffer：TAE /TBE Product introduction： DL 10000 DNA Marker is composed of 8 linear double-stranded DNA bands, which is suitable for the analysis of DNA bands in agarose gel electrophoresis, and is not recommended for Acrylamide gel electrophoresis. This product is a ready-to-use product, which already contains 1 × Loading Buffer. According to the needs of the experiment, the sample can be directly loaded for electrophoresis. It is easy to use, suitable for the judgment of long fragment DNA, and the electrophoresis image is clear. The product contains two dyes ( cyan dye and yellow dye ), which are separated during electrophoresis to monitor the migration progress. The cyan dye has the same mobility as the 3-5 kb DNA fragment in 1 % agarose gel, and the yellow dye migrates faster than the primer in 1 % agarose gel ( Ribbon composition： 1000 bp，2000 bp，3000 bp，4000 bp，5000 bp，6000 bp，8000 bp，10000 bp。 Matters needing attention： 1.Please instantaneously centrifuge the product to the bottom of the tube before use, and then carry out subsequent experiments ; 2.Please replace the electrophoresis buffer in time and use the new gel to avoid affecting the electrophoresis results ; 3.Recommended electrophoresis conditions for 1 % agarose gel, voltage 4-10V / cm ; 4.Dyeing by GelstainRedTM or other dyes to observe the electrophoretic bands ; 5.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
