本公司生产的 5'端 DNA/RNA 腺苷酰化酶，即 5'端 DNA/RNA 腺苷酰化酶，也称 Single-Strand Nucleic Acid 5' Adenylase 或单链核酸 5'端腺苷酰化酶，可以催化 5'端磷酸化的单链 DNA 或单链 RNA (pDNA or pRNA)转换生成 5'端腺苷酰化 DNA (AppDNA)或 5'端腺苷酰化 RNA (AppRNA)。无论作为底物的 DNA 或 RNA 的 3'端是否进行了氨基化等封闭，使用本产品都可以高效催化产生 5'端腺苷酰化产物。在反应体系中不存在 ATP 的条件下，本产品还可以催化 5'端磷酸化的单链 DNA (pDNA)生成环状 DNA (circular DNA)。5' DNA/RNA Adenylase 进行 5'端腺苷酰化修饰反应时，需要 ATP 和待腺苷酰化修饰的 5'端磷酸化的单链 DNA 或单链 RNA。5' DNA/RNA Adenylase 催化单链核酸 5'端腺苷酰化反应的原理如下：以 5'端磷酸化的单链 DNA 或单链 RNA 为底物，本产品首先将 ATP 分解成 AMP 和 PPi，接着 AMP 转移到单链 DNA 或单链 RNA 的 5'磷酸基团上，之后形成腺苷酰化单链 DNA 或单链 RNA，从而生成腺苷酰化产物。纯度（Purity）：不含 DNA 内切酶和外切酶，不含核糖核酸酶。组分和说明 D743509
