2×DNA/RNA变性PAGE胶上样缓冲液是一种2倍浓缩的DNA或RNA凝胶电泳上样缓冲液。和样品混合稀释至1×后比重仍然较大，加样后易下沉，且蓝色的颜色清晰可见，可以起到上样和电泳指示的作用。本产品可以用于常规的双链DNA、总RNA的电泳，也可以用于单链DNA、DNA引物、小RNA或分离纯化的特定RNA的变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(PAGE)电泳。可以在样品或凝胶中预先加入核酸染料。或在电泳结束后，用核酸染料对凝胶染色，然后使用凝胶成像设备观察电泳结果。本产品主要由甲酰胺、SDS、溴酚蓝、二甲苯青等组成。使用说明： 1.样品与2×DNA/RNA变性PAGE胶上样缓冲液按照等体积混合并混匀。 2.对于RNA样品，70°C孵育5-10min或95°C孵育1min，以充分或适度变性RNA以打开RNA的二级结构，随后立即置于冰水浴中；对于DNA样品，95°C孵育5min以充分变性DNA，随后立即置于冰水浴中。 3.随后即可正常上样和电泳。注意事项 1. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
