大位阻膦配体，可用于氨基乙基三氟硼酸酯与缺电子芳基溴的钯催化交叉偶联反应 ligand for Arylations Buchwald-Hartwig Cross Coupling Reaction Negishi Coupling Sonogashira Coupling Suzuki-Miyaura Coupling Bulky phosphine ligand used in a palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling of aminoethyltrifluoroborates with electron-poor aryl bromides. Application Finds application in Buchwald-Hartwig cross coupling reactions, Arylation, Negishi and Sonogashira coupling reactions. A Ruphos-mediated Suzuki cross-coupling between (hetero)aryl bromides and secondary alkyltrifluoroborates is described using palladium catalysis. The Ruphos ligand showed superior properties as compared to S-Phos in this type of reaction. This method constitutes a valuable extension to current methods for the straightforward production of secondary-alkylated (hetero)aryl derivatives.
