(E/Z)-Dacinostat can trigger the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and DNA damage, enhance the killing effect of fludarabine on leukemia cells, and induce apoptosis. Its mechanism is related to the regulation of DNA repair processes and intracellular signaling pathways.
