产品介绍：皮肤组织保存液（Epidermis Preservation Solution）对皮肤组织的长时间安全保存（-80℃，1 年）有显著效果。有效降低蛋白降解，变性等问题。皮肤组织保存液还可以替代麻烦费时的传统方法（需要24-48小时）对皮肤组织进行盐裂。整个过程只需要 3-5 分钟，在保存液中浸泡的组织经-80℃预冻存后，盐裂效果更佳。使用方法： 1.根据实验需求，将Buffer A与Buffer B按99:1混合后使用。2.将皮肤样本完全浸泡于保存液中，-80℃保存。3.进行盐裂实验时，需先将皮肤样本浸泡于保存液中，经-80℃冻存2-3h，室温融化后，更换新的保存液，42℃金属浴加热3-5min即可用镊子轻松剥离表皮组织。4.皮肤组织大小不宜超过1cm^3。5.由于含有一定浓度的EDTA，不适用于检测金属蛋白酶活性。使用范围：适用于一般生物学及医学研究
