本品现行 GMP 标准下生产，可用于 NK 细胞的培养。无血清培养基可以提供卓越的细胞生长和存活率。 注意事项： 无血清培养系统中的细胞对极端 pH 值、温度、渗透压、机械力和酶处理更为敏感。 1. 抗生素 最好不要在无血清培养基中使用抗生素。确需使用的话，我们建议使用量为添加血清培养基中使用量的 5 到 10。这是因为血清蛋白倾向于结合一定量的抗生素。如果没有这些血清蛋白，原来使用的抗生素水平将对某些细胞产生毒性。 2. 更高的细胞密度 细胞必须处于对数生长期并且存活率大于 >90%另外，可能需要进行连续驯化培养。在驯化至无血清培养基（SFM）期间，每次传代时，接种细胞密度要高于正常传代时的密度，这有助于驯化过程。由于部分细胞无法在新培养环境中存活，因此接入更多的细胞将有利于增加进一步传代存活的细胞数量。 3. 凝集 在驯化至无血清培养基（SFM）过程中，细胞经常会团聚成块。我们建议您在进行细胞传代培养时将细胞团块轻轻磨碎，使细胞分散开。 4. 形态 在驯化至无血清培养基（SFM）的过程中以及驯化之后，一般会发生细微的细胞形态变化。只要细胞倍增时间和存活率保持良好，细微的形态变化是无关紧要的。 应用范围： 无血清培养基 Product introduction： This product is produced under the current GMP standard and can be used for NK cell culture.
