Es Taq DNA Polymerase是Taq与Pfu DNA Polymerase的优化混合酶，具有5′→3′DNA聚合酶活性、5′→3′ 外切酶和3′→5′ 外切酶活性。与Taq DNA Polymerase相比，Es Taq DNA Polymerase具有扩增效率高、错配率低的优良性能，能高效率扩增DNA片段。使用本品扩增得到的大部分PCR产物3′ 端附有一个“A”碱基，可直接用于T/A克隆。本产品适用于常规PCR反应和对高保真性有要求的基因克隆等反应。 E665597
