本公司生产的核酸外切酶 VIII, 截短体,即 Exonuclease VIII, truncated，来自大肠杆菌，是由阿拉丁自主研发的技术平台表达、纯化获得的一种 DNA 外切酶。Exonuclease VIII, truncated 具有 5'至 3'方向的 DNA 外切酶活性，特异性酶切线性双链 DNA，5'末端为平端或粘端，或者 5'末端为磷酸或羟基都有类似的酶活性，但 Exonuclease VIII, truncated 不能酶切环状 DNA 。Exonuclease VIII, truncated 经研发人员实测可以从 5'至 3'方向消化 5'末端为磷酸或羟基的单链 DNA，但对于 5'末端为磷酸的单链 DNA 的消化活性要大大高于 5'末端为羟基的单链 DNA。纯度（Purity）: 不含除 Exonuclease VIII, truncated 之外的其它种类的外切酶，不含内切酶，不含 RNA 酶，不含磷酸酯酶。组分和说明 E745803
