Endo F2 是一种高度特异性的重组内切糖苷酶，来源于 Elizabethkingia meningoseptica ，可从糖蛋白和糖肽中切除与天冬酰胺连接的含有核心岩藻糖的双天线复杂型和高甘露糖型寡糖。Endo F2 切割双天线复杂型的速率大约是高甘露糖型的 20 倍。核心是否岩藻糖基化对 Endo F2 的活性没有影响。然而，Endo F2对杂合型或三、四天线糖型没有活性。组分表 E755020

≥300U/ml，单位定义：10 μl的反应体系中，37℃反应1小时从变性的10μg 牛血纤维蛋白原中除去超过95%的碳水化合物所需要的酶量。
