生化机理

内切糖苷酶 F3 属于糖苷水解酶家族 18 (GH18)。具有水解活性。内切糖苷酶 F3 糖基化 α-1,6-岩藻糖基化 GlcNAc 衍生物，得到天然核心岩藻糖基化复合物型 N -糖肽。裂解天冬酰胺连接的双天线和三天线复合物，寡糖取决于核心岩藻糖基化和肽键的状态。

生物活性
