生化机理

来源于米尔伊丽莎白菌的糖苷内切酶F1在蛋白质聚糖结构中壳二糖核心的两个N-乙酰葡糖胺残基的裂解中起到重要作用。它介导高甘露糖和杂交寡聚糖的裂解。

生物活性

≥300U/ml，单位定义：10 μl的反应体系中，37℃反应 1 小时从变性的5 μg RNase B 中除去超过 95%的碳水化合物所需要的酶量。
