流式细胞染色缓冲液（Cell Staining Buffer for Flow Cytometry）用于流式细胞检测细胞染色过程中细胞的洗涤及细胞浓度调节，也可用于抗体的稀释。主要成分为磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS），Proclin 300 和牛血清白蛋白（BSA），BSA作为一种蛋白存在于缓冲液中可以减少抗体的非特异性结合，Proclin 300可以维持细胞表面抗原的稳定性。配制溶液均经过无菌过滤处理并经过严格的质量控制。
