生化机理

强力多巴胺D 2 / D 1受体拮抗剂（K i值为0.4（D 2），2.3（D 1），1.4（D 3），7.1（D 4）和25 nM（D 5））。抑制多巴胺诱导的腺苷酸环化酶活性增加（K i = 9 nM）。抗精神病药。在体内有活性。
