FluoLysoTM 探针是一种用于活细胞溶酶体特异性标记的荧光探针，本品浓度为1 mM。FluoLysoTM探针可以选择性地滞留在偏酸性的溶酶体中，从而实现对于溶酶体的特异性荧光标记。FluoLysoTM探针适用于活细胞染色，但不适合用于固定后细胞的染色。 注意事项： 1. 如果染色效果欠佳，可以提高染色工作液中FluoLysoTM 探针的浓度，或在推荐的时间范围内适当延长染色时间。 2. 为了降低染色背景，尽可能的使用较低浓度的染料。 3. 注意拍照要迅速，因为染料随着拍照时间的增加易淬灭。 应用范围： 溶酶体荧光探针 Product introduction： Fluolysotm probe is a fluorescent probe used for lysosome specific labeling of living cells.
