α1,6 岩藻糖苷酶（α1,6-fucosidase,LpAlfC(WT)），E.C.： 3.2.1.51，来源于 Lactobacillus casei，可以用于带核心岩藻糖的糖肽上切掉岩藻糖，与 LpAlfC(E274A)功能互逆。本产品为大肠杆菌重组表达，纯度高，活性高。反应式使用方法 1.按照反应体系加入底物，可适当加入缓冲盐（如：Tris-HCl）,调节 pH 为 7.5，加入适量 LpAlfC(WT）（根据反应需求）； 2.混匀后,将样品置于 37℃孵育 2-4h。 3.用于 SDS-PAGE 分析或质谱分析。【注】多数常见的生物缓冲液适用，比如 Tris 或 PBS，不在此 pH 范围的缓冲液（如醋酸缓冲液）可能适用，但是孵育时间或酶量需要根据实际情况进行优化。注意事项为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。本产品仅作科研用途！

对于复杂糖类反应，底物必须标记氨基萘三磺酸(ants)。

生物活性

≥500U/mg protein，单位定义：在 37℃下，每小时从 Fucα1,6GlcNAc-peptides 催化生成 1 nmolGlcNAc-peptides 的酶的量。
