β-Glucuronide-dPBD-PEG5-NH2 是 β-葡糖苷酸与 pyrrolobenzodiazepine 连接形成的二聚体，可与异戊二烯化的抗体结合形成抗体-活性分子偶联物 (ADC) cIRCR201-dPBD。β-葡糖苷酸键是一种可降解 (cleavable) 的 ADC Linker。β-Glucuronide-dPBD-PEG5-NH2 作为 cIRCR201-dPBD 的前体可减少副作用。β-Glucuronide-dPBD-PEG5-NH2 可诱导细胞凋亡 (apoptosis)，阻滞细胞周期。β-Glucuronide-dPBD-PEG5-NH2 具有抗肿瘤活性。 β-Glucuronide-dPBD-PEG5-NH2 is the β-glucuronide-linked pyrrolobenzodiazepine dimer, which binds to the prenylated antibody for synthesis of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) cIRCR201-dPBD. β-glucuronide-linkage as a cleavable linker. β-Glucuronide-dPBD-PEG5-NH2, as a proagent of cIRCR201-dPBD, reduces side effects. β-Glucuronide-dPBD-PEG5-NH2 can induce apoptosis and arrest cell cycle. β-Glucuronide-dPBD-PEG5-NH2 has antitumor activity.
