说明： Ganoderic acid A 能够抑制 JAK-STAT3 信号通路，也能抑制细胞增殖，存活率和 RO 体外研究：GAA对人源骨肉瘤、淋巴瘤、脑膜瘤和乳腺癌细胞具有抗肿瘤活性，抑制肿瘤细胞的生长和侵袭或诱导其凋亡，活性caspases 9和3随着浓度的升高而增多、促凋亡性BIM和BAX蛋白上调、线粒体膜电位的减少以及细胞色素C释放。低浓度的GAA在体外能够增强Ⅱ类HLA介导的抗原呈递以及CD4+ T细胞对淋巴瘤细胞的识别体内研究：GAA能够显著地延长EL4同基因小鼠的生存时间并降低肿瘤向肝脏转移、通过减弱髓源性抑制细胞来增强细胞介导的免疫反应。GAA在体内广泛地代谢，包括还原、氧化、羟基化I期代谢、糖脂化和硫酸盐化Ⅱ期代谢应用：灵芝酸A已用于： 1、研究其对缺氧诱导大鼠心肌细胞(H9c2)损伤的保护作用 2、作为参考标准品，研究其对豇豆植物中花生芽坏死病毒(GBNV)的抑制和抗病毒作用 3、作为傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱技术的标准品，分析灵芝来源的次级代谢物 Ganoderic acid A can inhibit of the JAK-STAT3 signaling pathway, also inhibit proliferation, viability, ROS
