生化/生理作用: β-半乳糖苷酶作用于二糖、糖缀合物和多糖末端的β-D-半乳糖基。它可用于介导转糖基反应,比如低聚半乳糖(GOS)合成。ββ-半乳糖苷酶可用于糖生物学和生物技术应用。 β-半乳糖苷酶切割乳糖成单糖成分,葡萄糖和半乳糖。它还能催化葡萄糖转糖基化形成异乳糖,在反馈回路中作为β-半乳糖苷酶的诱导剂。 产品应用: β-半乳糖苷酶(来源于米曲霉Aspergillus oryzae)已用于:①体外核磁共振(NMR);②作为β-半乳糖苷酶分析标准品,测定细胞相关的β-半乳糖苷酶浓度; ③修饰突变滑液细胞(slime cell)表面的糖残基以研究粘附性;④乳糖酶促水解实验;⑤反相(RP)吸附实验;⑥乳清乳糖水解 产品特性: 1、温度范围:有效温度范围:20℃-70℃ 最适宜温度:40-60℃ 2、PH范围:有效PH范围:2.0-7.5 最适宜PH范围:4.0-5.5 酶学委员会编号:3.2.1.23 原理:乳糖酶能分解乳糖分子中的β-半乳糖苷键,生成葡萄糖和半乳糖。 酶活力定义:1g乳糖酶再PH4.5、37℃下,每分钟下分解ONPG(邻硝基苯β-D-半乳吡喃糖苷)产生1umol ONP(邻硝基酚)所需要的酶量,即1个酶活力单位以u/g表示。 Biochemical/physiological effects: β- Galactosidase acts on the ends of disaccharides, glycoconjugates and polysaccharides β- D-galactosyl.
