产品介绍： GelstainRed是一款非常灵敏、稳定，且安全无毒的新型核酸染料，它可以完全替代高诱变性的EB。6× GelstainRed Prestain上样缓冲液是一款包含示踪染料以及GelstainRed的凝胶Loading Buffer。这款预染缓冲液包含两种蓝色电泳示踪染料，在1%的琼脂糖凝胶中，分别指示1.5 Kb和200 bp的电泳条带。该产品可以直接与DNA样品混合后上样，进行凝胶电泳实验，无需提前在配制琼脂糖凝胶中加入核酸染料，因此更加方便快捷。 GelstainRed和EB具有几乎相同的光谱，因此GelstainRed可以在不改变现有成像系统的条件下代替EB。此外，GelstainRed还可兼容基因测序和克隆等下游一系列操作。使用商业化的DNA凝胶提取试剂盒、或者采用酚/氯仿抽提法、乙醇沉淀法等可以有效去除与DNA结合的GelstainRed。 注意事项： 1. 使用前请将产品瞬时离心至管底，再进行后续实验。 2.
