β-葡糖醛酸糖苷酶（GUSB）是一种溶酶体酶，存在于动物、植物和细菌中。这种糖苷外切酶在脾脏、肝脏和肾脏中的活性很高。牛肝β葡糖醛酸糖苷酶（BLG）是同源四聚体，分子量为290 kDa。 β-葡萄糖醛酸酶催化以下反应：处理说明在75 mM磷酸盐缓冲液中复溶至5 mg/ml时，pH 6.8，得到澄清至微浑浊的溶液。无论浑浊程度如何，酶均具有活性，可用于代谢物水解。产品应用 1、GUS测定中可用作报告基因以监测基因的表达。 2、用于β-葡糖醛酸苷酶抑制试验。 3、用于研究苦味叶下珠提取物和分离的活性成分对β-葡糖醛酸苷酶的抑制作用。 4、用于进行脱葡萄糖醛酸化。
