产品介绍

甲基丙烯酰化明胶交联微球是利用优化的乳液交联技术制备并通过筛分而得，不仅保留了GelMA优异的生物活性及降解特性，多种尺寸可选，且同一尺寸范围内粒径分布集中，可快速溶胀，具有良好的生物相容性。产品应用 GelMA 交联微球可作为单独的细胞培养单元，多微球组合为多孔支架可更好的模拟组织微环境，应用于细胞3D培养、药物递送、组织工程及再生医学等研究领域。材料灭菌建议：方法一：紫外灯辐照灭菌（1）将平铺无堆积的微球放在超净台紫外灯下辐照1~2h；方法二：75%乙醇灭菌（1）将微球浸泡在75%乙醇中30~60min；（2）无菌环境下吸弃乙醇，PBS (1x)清洗3次，每次浸泡15~20min。细胞培养建议： 1、无菌微球移入低粘附无菌孔板； 2、将培养基加入到孔板中浸没微球，置于37℃培养箱中15~30min，使微球充分溶胀平衡后，吸弃培养基； 3、将细胞悬液加入到孔板中培养即可。根据实验设计进行培养基更换、观察拍照等操作。（注意：换液及染色过程要动作轻缓以避免外力致使细胞脱落）使用剂量推荐：由于不同货号的微球直径不同，在同一型号的孔板中微球使用个数也不同。货号
