血管生成素1，也称为ANG1，是一种血管生成素，由基因ANGPT1编码。血管生成素是在血管发育和血管生成中起重要作用的蛋白质。所有血管生成素与内皮细胞特异性酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体具有相似的亲和力。该基因定位于8q23.1。该基因编码的蛋白质是一种分泌型糖蛋白，通过诱导酪氨酸磷酸化激活受体。它在介导内皮细胞与周围基质和间充质之间的相互作用中起着关键作用，并抑制内皮细胞的通透性。这种蛋白质也有助于血管的成熟和稳定，并可能参与心脏的早期发育。一、检测原理：阿拉丁生产的ELISA试剂盒采用“夹心法”:将捕获抗体包被于酶标板上，捕获样品及标准品中的靶蛋白，生物素化的检测抗体与靶蛋白结合，SABC复合物与生物素化检测抗体结合，形成免疫复合物，加入TMB显色液后，若反应孔中有靶蛋白则显蓝色，加入终止液变黄色，检测过程中未结合的成分均被洗去，用酶标仪在450nm处测OD值，靶蛋白浓度与OD值之间呈正比，通过绘制标准曲线计算出标本中靶蛋白的浓度，从而对检测样品进行定性或相对定量分析。二、试剂盒组分： H1087862
