am's F-12K（Ham's F-12K (Kaighn's) Medium）是 Ham's F-12 的 Kaighn's 改进型，最初设计用于培养原代人肝细胞以及分化的大鼠和鸡肝细胞。Ham's F-12K 培养基在 Ham's F-12 的基础上提高了氨基酸和丙酮酸钠的浓度，降低了葡萄糖的用量，并修改了盐的成分和含量。本培养基含：1.26 g/L 葡萄糖、0.292g/L L-谷氨酰胺、酚红、碳酸氢钠等。不含：HEPES。使用说明：根据具体实验使用，Ham's F-12K （Kaighn's）培养基不含蛋白质或生长因子，因此通常会补充生长因子和胎牛血清（FBS）。注意事项： 1、注意避免溶液被微生物污染，避免冻融。 2、本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。 3、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。物理外观：Liquid 是否无菌：是
