羟基磷灰石的组成和晶体结构羟基磷灰石的理论组成为Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2，Ca/P 为1.67，但由于受到制备过程的影响，其真正的组成是相当复杂的。 HA 晶体为六方晶系，属L6PC 对称型和P63/m空间群，其结构为六角柱体，与c 轴垂直的面是一个六边形，a、b 轴夹角120o；，其晶胞参数为a＝9.43~9.38?；，c＝6.88～6.86?；,z＝2，单位晶胞含有10 个Ca2+、6 个PO43-和2 个OH-。HA 微晶表面具有几种可能的表面状态：（1）当OH 位于晶体表面时，OH 与2个Ca（Ⅱ）离子相连，当HA 在水溶液中时，这个表面OH 位置至少在某一瞬间空缺，由于2 个Ca（Ⅱ）离子带正电荷，形成了一个吸附位置，这个位置能吸附PO43-或大分子上的磷酸根基团或羧基基团。（2）当Ca 离子位于晶体的表面时，由于Ca（Ⅰ）与6 个带负电电荷的O 原子相连，当HA 在水溶液中，表面的Ca（Ⅰ）位置在某一瞬间空缺时，就在Ca（Ⅰ）位置形成较强的吸附位置，能吸附Sr3＋、K＋等阳离子及蛋白质分子的基团，而在Ca（Ⅱ）位置则形成一个较弱的吸附位置。（3）PO43-位于晶体的表面时，H2O 通过氢键与PO43-离子结合。纯化蛋白质，从双链RNA中分离单链RNA，纯化DNA
