产品介绍

为粘多糖的分解酶，可水解组织基质中的主要成分透明质酸，增加组织的通透性，从而促使皮下输液和局部积贮的渗出液或血液的吸收。临床可用于加速皮下、肌肉注射药液的吸收，促进局麻药的浸润，减轻注射部分疼痛，促进手术及创伤后局部水肿或血肿的消散。透明质酸酶在β-D-GalNAc-(1→4)-β-D-GlcA键处裂解透明质酸，产生3-(4-deoxy-β-D-gluc-4-enuronosyl)-N-acetyl-D-glucosamine 四糖或六糖。该酶专一作用于透明质酸，对软骨素（chondroitin）和硫酸软骨素（chondroitin sulfate）无活性。 Unit Definition One unit will cause a change in A600 of 0.330 per minute at pH 5.7 at 37°C in a 2.0 ml reaction mixture (45 minute assay).

生化机理

透明质酸裂解酶在 β-D-GalNAc-（1→4）-β-D-GlcA键上切割透明质酸，得到3-（4-脱氧-β-D-葡萄糖-4-烯基糖基）-N-乙酰基-D-葡糖胺四糖和六糖。与其他透明质酸酶不同，该酶对透明质酸具有特异性，并且对软骨素和硫酸软骨素无活性。
