杂交瘤无血清培养基添加剂是专为杂交瘤细胞培养所设计的添加成分，主要含重组IGF-1及重组HSA、以及其它化学分子，一定条件下添加能够促进细胞增殖和降低细胞对血清的需求，可用于杂交瘤无血清或低血清培养及单克隆抗体生产。本产品主要用于开展杂交瘤与骨髓瘤细胞无血清驯化培养实验，以及杂交瘤单克隆抗体制备实验。产品特点： 1、不含动物源成分，可根据工艺开发需要灵活使用。 2、本产品可添加到多个培养液中，有效提高单克隆的成功率，有效代替血清的作用，适用于细胞的体外生长或分化。注意事项：仅限于科研使用，不适于临床诊断和治疗。
