1400W，即N-3-(Aminomethyl)benzyl]acetamidine,Dihydrochloride，是iNOS(induciblenitricoxide synthase)高度选择性抑制剂。对于iNOS，Kd＝7nM。对于人iNOS的抑制能力比对人eNOS和nNOS的抑制能力分别高5000倍和200倍。1400W为白色固体，分子量250.2，分子式为C10H15N3·2HCl，纯度大于95%。溶解于水或甲醇。注意事项：如果配制成水溶液，分装后-20℃保存，三个月有效。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。使用说明： 1400W的工作浓度通常为100μM。其最佳工作浓度需根据具体的实验，自行摸索。 Precautions ： After this product is reconstituted into an aqueous solution, aliquot and store at -20℃ for up to 3 months.This product is for R&D only.
