产品介绍：墨汁荚膜染色对于观察新型隐球菌有很好的作用，印度墨汁属于非常优质的墨汁，新型隐球菌菌体周围存在粘多糖荚膜物，用印度墨汁染色法能证明荚膜的存在。染色后新型隐球菌的荚膜取代了墨汁中的胶状碳粒，菌体被清楚无色透明的晕圈环所绕着。使用说明： 1、样本离心，取沉淀涂于载玻片上，在样本涂片处滴加墨汁。 2、加盖盖玻片，并防止气泡产生。用手指轻轻压一下，使样本与墨汁混合变薄。 3、在低倍镜下寻找有荚膜的细菌，并转高倍镜或油镜下仔细辨认。注意事项： 1、已开封印度墨汁应在6个月内用完，每次用后尽量密封好，以免挥发或变质。 2、印度墨汁存储时间较长后易产生沉淀，如果镜下发现颗粒粗糙者应过滤后使用或弃用。 3、样本的纯度和浓度应适宜，浓度过低时在镜下很难寻找到新型隐球菌。 4、样本和印度墨汁分布应均匀。 5、若觉得墨汁太浓，可稍作稀释后使用。 6、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。染色结果：新型隐球菌
