使用方法加入试剂：5ml加入阴极池，约100ml加入阳极池，使二液面相平，检测同阴阳极液检测方法。调起始平衡点：用微量注射器，逐渐加入少量纯水使其颜色由深棕色变成浅黄色直至达到平衡点。如果不是初次使用，开机后可自动调节平衡点。进样：进样时，进样器针头要伸到液面以下。终点：经过反应，达到终点，可测知样品中水的含量。注意事项 1.如何能更快达到初始平衡点在换电解液前，需洗净电解池并使之彻底干燥。加水调平衡点时，需细心控制加水量和速度以免水过量。水加入过量或电解液中碘离子含量过高时，可用中和液调到过碘，再用微量水重调到平衡点。 2.为什么有时很难达到反应终点电解液失效电解池密封性不好电解池壁上可能有残余水分电解池中的测量电极被污染而没及时清洗。 3.关于试剂的失效如果试剂较长时间不能使电解反应达到终点，有可能失效。电解液颜色变浅并不说明失效，这可能因为电解液吸收水分将I2大部分变成了I-，通过调初始平衡点或加中和液仍可使用，实际上100ml电解液可与1.5g水反应。 4.保存 1.该类试剂必须放置在干燥，阴凉处保存，避免太阳直晒，一瓶打开使用后，应封好盖，较好放在干燥器中保存，以免吸潮降低F值，不利进一步使用。 2.该类试剂不能食用，远离明火。
